We read incoming messages and prioritize issues that affect calculator accuracy, privacy, trust information or official-source coverage. Kalkulo is an informational calculator site, so we cannot give personal tax, legal, payroll, mortgage or financial advice, but clear reports help us improve the public tools for everyone.
What to include
- The page URL and the result or text that looks wrong.
- The official source or law reference you want us to check.
- Your country or market if the question is about a new calculator.
- The inputs you used, if you are reporting a calculation result.
- A short explanation of the result you expected and why.
We prioritize corrections that include a primary official source and enough detail to reproduce the calculation.
Correction requests
The most useful correction reports identify the exact rate, threshold, formula branch or explanatory sentence that appears wrong. If you can include a link to the tax authority, social-security office, central bank, government guide or legal text, we can verify and update the page faster. When a correction affects output, we also check the calculator engine and the worked example so the page stays internally consistent.
Privacy and data questions
For privacy questions, include the page you visited, the country you were in if relevant, and the type of request you are making. The site is designed so calculations run in the browser and salary or tax inputs are not needed on our server to compute a result. Cookie, analytics and advertising information is described in the privacy policy.
New calculator ideas
Suggestions are most actionable when they name the market, the search problem, the official rule source and the kind of result a user needs. We usually prioritize calculators with clear formulas, recurring demand, official public sources and a result that can be explained in a concise breakdown.
