Who we are
Kalkulo.eu is an informational website offering free financial calculators for several European countries. This policy describes what data we collect when you visit the site and how we process it.
What data we collect
- Anonymous browsing data collected by Google Analytics 4 (GA4): pages visited, duration, device type, approximate geographic location (city level). Your IP address is anonymised before processing.
- Advertising data collected by Google AdSense to show relevant ads, only if you accept all cookies.
- Data you provide voluntarily by entering it into a calculator or submitting your email through our intent capture form. Your email is stored securely to send you offers related to the calculator you used.
Cookies and consent
We use Google's Consent Mode v2. On your first visit, you'll see a banner with two options:
- Essential only: only cookies necessary for the site to function. AdSense and Analytics are not loaded.
- Accept all: enables analytics cookies (GA4) and personalised advertising cookies (AdSense).
Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

We share data with the following providers only when you accept all cookies:
- Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google AdSense). Privacy policy.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (site hosting). Privacy policy.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify or erase your data
- Object to processing
- Data portability
- Restrict processing
- Withdraw consent at any time

Data retention
Analytics data is retained for 14 months (GA4 default setting). Email addresses from the intent capture form are retained until you request deletion or for a maximum of 24 months of inactivity.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or technical changes. The last updated date is shown at the top of the document.
