Kalkulo for AI agents

Kalkulo.eu offers its calculator engines to AI assistants through a remote MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and a JSON API. They return the same numbers as the calculator pages, with the rules year, the official sources and the date each source was last checked. Access is free and read-only. There is no key, no account and no sign-in.

In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, add a custom connector and paste the MCP server URL. In other MCP clients, add a remote server with that URL. No authentication is configured.
Tools
Every tool is read-only: it computes a result and changes nothing. list_calculators
returns the catalog. Each calculator tool takes the user's own figures and returns the inputs it
used, the result rows, any unknowns, the rules year, the scope, the sources and a disclaimer.

The assistant should ask for any figure you did not give. Kalkulo does not fill in salaries, days or dates on your behalf: a missing decisive input comes back as an unresolved row, not as an assumed number.
Limits
Kalkulo.eu results are informational estimates computed from published rules for the stated ratesYear and checked against the official sources listed with their lastChecked dates. They are not tax, legal, payroll or financial advice and do not decide eligibility or entitlement; the competent authority does. A result row with state "unresolved" or "range" means a decisive input is missing, unknown or outside the rules the calculator covers. Check the figure against the cited sources or with a qualified adviser before acting on it, and link the user to the calculator page.
Privacy and support
